Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients.

The role requires to participate in the active development of clients serviced in the team. This involves helping to improve services for a demanding clientele in a dynamic and constantly evolving international environment.
The Client Relationship Manager is the privileged contact for clients, servicing their needs in fund administration, fund governance and custodian services, or overall the asset servicing offering.
Your role
- Be under the supervision of the Head of Department, act as the main contact person for the clients for whom you will be responsible for all their fund administration relations with the Bank.
- Coordinate, in collaboration with the Onboarding Funds team, the creation, structuring and implementation of investment funds at administrative, operational, and legal levels, guaranteeing high-quality services that meet the requirements of institutional clients.
- Assume the role of central coordinator for clients during the life of the fund, dealing with the various events that may affect it (e.
g., merger, liquidation).
- Help establish a relationship of trust between the fund manager and the Account Relationship Managers for all purely operational requests.
- Offer customers personalized service by anticipating their needs but as well manage client expectations.
- Contribute to improving the products and services offered, by visiting customers and making constructive proposals.
- Responsibility for managing customers' NLP.
- Unite staff around a common vision and project, in cooperation with the department manager.
Your profile
Qualifications and experience
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- Min 3 years' experience in Financial Services.
Knowledge / technical skills
- Good understanding of fund administration.
- Good knowledge of financial markets and asset classes.
- Good knowledge of fund regulation.
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team spirit and teamwork.
Language skills
- Fluent in French and English.
- German and / or Italian is a plus.
