We – Apleona MTS GmbH – are looking for a Regional Operations Manager (w/m/d) - JobID 26767 for our Neu-Isenburg office (Frankfurt am main area) or alternatively in Warsaw / Prague / Rome / Milan / Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of our Facility Management services across the EMEA region and drive the further development and growth of our key account business.

Your responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for service delivery and operational performance across the EMEA region, ensuring exceptional Facility Management services at multiple client sites

• Manage and develop the key account portfolio, overseeing Hard, Soft and Technical Services and ensuring contracts operate within agreed SLAs, compliance standards and financial targets

• Act as a change agent and thought leader, driving operational excellence, standardisation and best practices across the region

• Identify and realise opportunities for organic growth, innovative initiatives and upselling within the account, while proactively mitigating operational risks

• Lead and coordinate national operational staff (functional and, where applicable, disciplinary), including workforce planning and talent development

• Secure a safe and compliant environment by closing process gaps, monitoring performance data and continuously optimising processes and systems

• Support international bids and business development activities with your Facility Management expertise and commercial acumen

Your skills:

• Completed university degree, preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the Facility Management or a comparable service delivery industry and several years in leadership positions are essential requirements, prior experience in an international matrix organisation is highly desirable

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing cross-country teams and developing regional operational talents

• Strategic, analytical and process-oriented mindset with high affinity for data and IT systems, combined with strong financial and commercial skills (CRM, sales, account development)

• Excellent communication skills, including confident C-level communication and effective conflict management and the capability of building long-term client relationships

• Very good command of English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage (e.g. German)

• Solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

• High degree of self-responsibility, resilience and willingness to further develop in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

• Availability to travel between the assigned countries
