Your tasks

• Mechanical reliability testing: Preparation and execution of validation tests on connected devices (internally as well as in coordination with external laboratories).

• Test bench and prototype construction: Conception, construction and adjustment of specific test devices and pre-development test vehicles.

• Measurement technology & documentation: Ensuring the precision of the measuring instruments as well as complete, standard-compliant logging of the test results.

• Damage analysis & assessment: Examination of test specimens after stress tests and coordination of further analyses (e.g. CT scans, cross-sections).

• Knowledge transfer: Professional training and support of trainees and working students.

Your profile

• Qualification: Successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specializing in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience: Solid professional experience in the field of testing, validation or reliability testing, ideally on mechatronic assemblies.
• Professional expertise: Experienced handling of test setups, test benches, measurement technology, and experience in the systematic evaluation of test samples.
• Industry enthusiasm: Great interest in innovative hardware solutions and enjoyment of working in the dynamic environment of modern e-mobility and two-wheeler systems.
• Working style: Analytical thinking skills, a strong awareness of quality, and a structured, goal-oriented and independent working style.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange with developers and laboratories.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills for working in an international development environment.
