Your tasks
- Coordination of incoming support requests in the service desk
- Technical diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex IT problems
- Active participation in rollout and migration projects
- Installation and configuration of end devices
- Maintenance of the knowledge database and technical documentation
- Structured troubleshooting of IT systems and for users
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector
- Extensive professional experience in IT support
- Practical experience in the service desk and on-site support
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Safe handling of Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of network technologies and IT security
- Language skills at C2 level in German and English
