Reporting Analyst

Our German clients want to see whether a new workflow actually made things faster: how many requests, how long approvals take, where they get stuck. We are hiring a Reporting Analyst in Germany to build those reports from the systems we connect. It is a full-time job from home anywhere in Germany. Our Chicago team starts work in your afternoon.
What you need

- A degree in business informatics, economics, statistics or a related field
- SQL and Excel.
- First experience building reports or dashboards (internships count)

What fills your week

• Build Power BI reports on request volumes, approval times and backlogs
• Pull and clean data from workflow tools, SAP and spreadsheets
• Agree definitions and targets with client process owners
• Check reports against source data before each release
• Explain results to client managers in short review meetings

Nice to have: Power BI with DAX; or experience with controlling or operational KPIs.
