Senior SAP Successfactors Consultant (German C1, m/w/d)

Responsibilities :
Our SAP consultants work in national and international projects. They analyze problems and find solutions in our customers' existing SAP landscapes.
They improve SAP systems by implementing new functionalities and processes and implement new technologies and solutions in the SAP HCM environment.
- Consulting in the field of SAP Successfactors implementations, rollouts and application support, as well as their integration into financial solutions
- Conducting customer workshops, requirements analyses and creating blueprints
- Creating effort estimates and offers, supporting pre-sales activities (customer events, customer presentations)
- Implementation of concepts, responsibility for implementation and go-live
Partial) project management and consulting from planning to go-live and handover to support
Mandatory Skills Description :
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of consulting, implementation and application support for complex SAP Successfactors solutions
- Very good technical understanding of human resources management with a focus on : HR master data, talent management, time management, payroll accounting
- Practical experience in the area of migration from classic SAP HCM solutions to the new SAP world (S / 4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors)
- Experience in carve-out and Migration projects
- Solid implementation experience with scoping workshops and configuration of SuccessFactors modules in German and English
- Proven know-how in Employee Central and at least one other SF module
- Understanding of topics such as solution design, integration into existing HR solutions and impacts on SAP HCM
- Good understanding of German / European legislation and its impact on SF and HCM solutions
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel
Nice-to-Have Skills Description :
Knowledge in the areas of ESS / MSS and in-house developments is desirable
