Job Overview
The Project Manager will support the assisting various business areas by providing strategic advisory and project management services.
The primary focus is to enhance digital products related to the complete travel experience, balancing customer needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, risks, and issues, and develop contingency plans.
Resource Management
- Advise on the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Implement measures to achieve project quality and other specific requirements.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Facilitate technical project meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and project team members.
- Adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Technical Requirements
Agile Development
Minimum 4 years of experience in agile development of complex IT applications, including technical requirements development, coordination, and comprehensive test management across multiple systems.
Industry Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in local and long-distance rail transport (passenger transport, not cargo).
- Desired Qualifications
- Problem-Solving and Work Organization
- Minimum 4 years of experience in problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, solution proposals, and solution evaluation.
