We are seeking a passionate and proactive AI / GenAI Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join us at a pivotal moment. We are also open to talented individuals who are driven, curious, and of high character, and can showcase prolific contributions to open-source or personal projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves solving hard problems and can work backwards from the goal and thrive in dynamic team environments and is eager to make a significant impact. Experience with Computer Vision, LLMs, Voice, RAG, and Classification is highly valued.

Tasks

• Navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-moving team
• Demonstrate ownership : proactively identify challenges and raise your hand to drive solutions
• Work hard and maintain a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment. Embraces in-person collaborations (whiteboard sessions, anti-fragile discussions to reach team clarity)
• Collaborate across distributed teams to design, build, and iterate on innovative AI solutions from concept to production
• Champion a culture of curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with an emphasis on over communication
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Show enthusiasm for the advancement of agentic and decentralized AI systems
