Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to drive AI adoption and integration across all departments. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity through AI-driven solutions, and supporting the engineering team with AI model implementation and research. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in AI models, workflow automation, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical AI Development & Research

• Assist the Engineering Team in implementing and fine-tuning AI models such as LLMs, CLIP, XCLIP, and other advanced AI technologies .
• Conduct in-depth research on new AI models, tools, and frameworks , evaluating their pros, cons, and best practices for integration.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for AI model implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems and workflows.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations.
