About Your Future Team
You will be part of the Seizures team in the Banking Operation department.
You will manage the core processes independently and take ownership of tasks. Display strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Leverage your previous work experience to train team members and support the onboarding of new colleagues if necessary. You manage yourself and prioritise your tasks effectively.
Your Role
- Process and manage daily inbound of Garnishments
- Play a key role in daily Operational tasks
- Collaborate with external providers, Authorities and District Attorneys
- Prepare monitoring reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information
- Play an active role in process improvement and documentation
- Responsible for training and developing the skill sets of junior colleagues, working with management to ensure they align with department needs and standards

- 2-4 years’ experience as operations analyst, back-office or equivalent position
- Good knowledge of German Regulatory Requirement for Garnishment and Account protection (Pfändungsschutz)
- Experience in German Regulatory Banking environment
- Positive Mindset and Can-do-attitude
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) and proficiency in English required
