Join us as a (Senior) Data Analyst (m / f / d) in our Business Analytics team on a shared journey that matters!
Our Business Analytics team consists of data scientists, analysts and data engineers on the mission to create knowledge and empower stakeholders for data-driven decision making within MOIA.
We tap into diverse datasets to identify scopes for improvement in our service, challenge the status quo, and help decision processes by providing analyses and dashboards.
We use data storage and analytics technologies such as Data Lake, Redshift, Tableau as well as interactive Jupyter notebooks.
What you will do
- Analyze transactional data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, sales performance, and product performance
- Drive data-based decision making within MOIA by providing and explaining valuable and actionable insights to your stakeholders
- Quantify the impact of product activities along the customer journey
- Evaluate the impact of changes in our product and proactively make suggestions to improve our product
- Automate recurring analytical tasks, e.g., related to sales pipeline analysis, forecast accuracy, and performance tracking
- Define KPIs and implement them in our business reporting
- Shape our analytics strategy and identify areas for improvement, working closely with different stakeholders across the whole company
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Relevant work experience in analytics, business intelligence, or as an analytical consultant, ideally in a marketing, sales or consumer research context
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (incl. senior management)
- Result-oriented working style to create analytical insights that have an impact for the business
- Proficiency in a language like Python / R and SQL. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and cloud platforms is a plus
- You enjoy analyzing large data sets, create data visualizations and communicate complex findings to different audiences
- You can handle and organize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English is essential
