IT Support Administrator
Your Tasks
- Provide 1st level support to employees via our ticketing system in-person and remote tools (e.g. Teams Intune).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software network and printer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform technical setup and configuration of Windows and macOS devices monitors and mobile phones for new starters.
- Handle the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle including : Account creation in Microsoft Entra ID access provisioning for M365 and business tools (e.g. Dropbox Adobe Asana) asset handover and recovery.
- Maintain our IT inventory and asset tracking system with up-to-date records on device assignment and status.
- Support hardware procurement (sourcing ordering and stock management).
- Keep IT documentation current (e.g. setup guides SOPs checklists).
- Liaise with internal system administrators and external vendors for escalations or project delivery.
- Support IT rollouts such as software deployments network upgrades or user migrations (e.g. email device management).
- Enforce IT best practices and compliance policies
