We are hyperfocussed on the consumer of tomorrow we want to understand how people think (re)act communicate and buy in the years to come.

We turn these insights into impact by positioning ourselves as the strategic backbone and inspiration hub for brands and companies that want to futureproof their business. We educate on innovation and trend topics such as Web3 Gaming change of consumer patterns and how upcoming trends and challenges can be tackled by partnering with the right brands and peers. We create owned IP as well as bespoke experiences for our clients ranging from NFT drops and Metaverse conception to bespoke strategic partnerships in all relevant genres with the ultimate goal to forge meaningful connections between brands and consumers of tomorrow.

Were seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships for our esports clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with esports organizations and driving revenue growth through sponsorships partnerships and other initiatives for our clients.

Tasks

  • Securing new partners to contribute to the revenue targets of our rightsholder portfolio in the esports industry
  • Research and identifying potential target industry sectors brands and contact details for the best person to approach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with esports organizations teams and influencers
  • Working with the ideation and conception team to create bespoke partnership proposals
  • Concluding partnership agreements including negotiation of commercial terms working alongside all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative offerings and solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for esports initiatives
  • Attending appropriate sport industry and sector specific events to network and develop new leads

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in business development partnerships or sponsorship in the esports industry
  • Deep understanding of the esports landscape including teams players events and trends
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
