AI Architect & Optimization Specialist (m/w/d)

As AI Architect & Optimization Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address high-impact business challenges, leveraging your expertise in deep learning, machine learning, and mathematical optimization.

You will work on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

YOUR TASK

• Design, implement, and optimize neural network architectures and deep learning models for various applications.
• Develop and apply advanced mathematical models, including optimization techniques like Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithms, and other heuristic methods, for engineering and computational problems.
• Lead and contribute to research and development efforts in the areas of deep learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization algorithms.
• Analyze large-scale data sets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns using machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with domain experts and engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Continuously improve model performance through experimentation, parameter tuning, and new algorithm exploration.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, deep learning, and optimization algorithms, and propose novel solutions to existing challenges.
• Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers within the team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including model architecture, implementation details, and performance reports.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field with a focus on neural networks, deep learning, and optimization models.
• Proficiency in designing and training deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Strong background in mathematics, particularly in areas such as linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with optimization algorithms, particularly Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithms, Simulated Annealing, etc.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and practical experience in applying them to solve real-world problems.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas) and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
