Our Lean & Transformation department (OPE) is responsible for strategic alignment, transformation, efficiency management and project management.
Together, we are driving digitalization, innovation & sustainability and lean management initiatives in the global production network for all organizational units.
Our team is cross-locational and international and is characterized by an open and agile team culture. As a central and comprehensive management department, we play a key role in ensuring the future viability of Van Operations and stand for holistic approaches and solutions.
These are some of the challenges you will face :
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Conception and preparation of internal events
- Preparation of appointments incl. agenda, as well as creation and editing of presentations in German and English
- Supporting the team with upcoming tasks including the design of roadmaps and milestones as well as content planning and implementation
- Preparation and follow-up of workshops
- Creation of posts on the social intranet and further development of the OPE social intranet presence
Qualifikationen
- Degree in industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, innovation or project management, communication science, engineering or a comparable course of study
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel; handling of PowerBI, survey tools such as Mentimeter an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and confident demeanor
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking
- Quick familiarization with complex topics
- High degree of initiative and motivation
