Your role and responsibilitiesOutsourced Staff will deliver DSE, MIP / Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements.Deliver the engagements under the direction of the Supplier LeadResponsible for supporting customer tech intensity.

Update skills profile in line with Ringed-Fenced’ technologies and delivery scopeRequired Skills Five or more years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or I.

T. consulting with a working knowledge of : Active Directory concepts such as Kerberos, LDAP, Sites and Security Groups. Implementing strong password policies.

Understanding of Patch Management and exp in windows server update servicesEnabling auditing to track changes.Implementing least privilege access.

Using administrative tiering.Having a backup and disaster recovery plan.Windows Server Operating System knowledge which includes understanding of NTFS / Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Task Manager, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management.

Understanding of TCP / IP and other networking services : DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing. PowerShell : PowerShell is crucial for managing and automating tasks in Windows Server environments.

Hyper-V : Understand how to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot virtual machines using Hyper-V and experience in Migration.Group Policy : Efficiently manage operating systems, applications, and user settings in an Active Directory environment.

Preferred skills Four or more years of industry experience with Microsoft Server products. Familiar with status messages and various server and client-side logs used for troubleshooting.

Hands on with popular Sy internal utilities to find RCA for performance related bottlenecks. Hands-on to EUC space (AVD) will be an added advantage.

Cloud Fundamentals. Windows networking. Experience working with Microsoft project or client interface.Non-negotiable skills : German Language with C1 level Willing to travel and client interface.
