About the company Our client is a well established investment firm that focuses on one client, a single-family office based in the heart of Hamburg They are looking for an additional member for the emerging operations team at the earliest possible date to start Description Management and optimization of middle office workflow with focus on digitalization, automation and data analyses Ownership and continuous development of reporting to various stakeholders Fund manager onboarding, trade controlling, data quality checks, KYC and AML Implementation as well as participation throughout the implementation of new strategies and products as well as support in investment selection (operational due diligence, legal, tax and fee analysis) Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with focus on reporting Take responsibility within the area of compliance and monitoring of relevant regulatory developments Profile Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, economics or any other discipline or relevant vocational training Relevant professional experience, preferably in an investment company, bank, family office, capital management company, custodian bank or auditing firm Attention to detail, passion for accuracy and strong reliability Expertise in setting up and developing reportings and a passion for deep-dive analysis Team-work and excellent communication skills Hands-on mentality, analytical skills and intrinsic motivation to ensure an outstanding performance as well as quality standard Verbal and written fluency in the German and English language Proficiency in MS Office tools Candidacy or completed CFA, FRM, CAIA certificate is a plus Job Offer A collaborative, demanding atmosphere where you can learn to achieve and solve investment related challenges an well as building a scalable investment organisation Benefit from the access to a skilled internal team of experienced professionals.
