• Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge digital standards within the controlling department, fostering transparency and efficiency in decision-making processes.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the financial strategies forward.

Provide invaluable support to operational management by conducting insightful variance analyses and presenting monthly recommendations to the Board.

Your data-driven insights will empower strategic decision-making.

Take charge of developing and overseeing robust financial and controlling strategies , offering commercial guidance to the CEO, Board, and Business Units.

Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving the business growth.

Utilize your exceptional project management skills to optimize internal processes and independently lead strategic projects in close collaboration with our CEO.

Your proactive approach will drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board, contributing to budgeting and investment planning . Your financial acumen will help shape the future direction of the company.
• Assume full responsibility for P&L management and financial control framework oversight . Your keen eye for financial detail will ensure fiscal health.
• Lead the evolution and centralization of debtor, creditor, asset, and financial accounting , as well as financial reporting .

Your focus on efficiency and accuracy will streamline financial operations.

Foster strong relationships as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders , proactively monitoring and safeguarding the company's financial health and liquidity.

Profiles

• Proven experience in Finance & Controlling , with a track record of successful team leadership and talent development.
• You excel at leading and moderating meetings, navigating through even the most intense discussions with a composed and strategic approach.
• Possess a commercial and strategic mindset , with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Your proactive and hands-on mentality enables you to drive impactful changes and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
• Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
