About the Company :

We are recruiting on behalf of an international company in the renewable energy sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation that specialises in the development and construction of large-scale solar parks and hybrid systems worldwide.

Role Overview :

As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing construction activities on solar farms across Germany, with future potential for overseeing additional projects.

You will work closely with the Senior Site Manager and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the management of construction activities, ensuring adherence to local regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Site Manager and subcontractors to maintain quality control and efficient operation.
• Develop your skills, with opportunities to manage additional projects as you progress.
• Support procurement processes, budget management, and timeline monitoring for project components.
• Aid in managing tenders for subcontractor services and oversee their performance.
• Assist with coordinating commissioning activities with the designated energy provider.

Essential Qualifications :

• Experience on construction sites in Germany, ideally with a background in civil or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in German is required; English is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of German construction regulations, particularly concerning health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and grid connections.
• Strong willingness to learn, a solution-oriented mindset, and adaptability to varying situations.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week, with a valid Class B driver’s licence.
