Chief AI Officer

This is a well-established technology leader operating across the infrastructure sector, with an aim of making this industry & others completely carbon neutral over the next coming years.
As the C-level exec (AI / ML) you'll take ownership of critical projects tackling CO2 emissions at a global level. Providing RL expertise for model development, strategic decision making, driving innovation & optimising data-driven systems.
Most importantly you'll provide outstanding analytical capabilities coupled with strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams (personable proficiency required).
Responsibilities
- Agile business strategy design for their internal AI / ML & Data teams.
- R&D Leadership - Lead research and identify opportunities for innovation
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI / ML technologies - (Digital Transformation)
- Team building & leadership for a team of talented AI / ML & Data Scientists.
- Providing a calm, collected and driven approach to all leadership tasks
- Push team motivation by outlining key areas where personal progression can be achieved
Requirements
- Extensive experience applying / building Reinforcement Learning techniques / models (required)
- Exp developing strategic AI initiatives for product / business optimisation
- 10+ years of exp in AI / ML, Data Science role, including senior management or C-level expertise
- Masters or PhD in computer science or a related field
- Stakeholder management expertise (Preferred)
- Strong Project Management expertise for large / strategic projects.
- Exp in leading technical strategies & innovation at enterprise level.
