Location : Home office 2 days per week, with occasional travel as required.

Work Hours : 40 hours per week

Vacation : 30 days of vacation annually

Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the conceptual and detailed engineering phases of cutting-edge PV projects.

This multifaceted role encompasses project management, technical purchasing, automation engineering, and process engineering, all critical to the successful realization of new production systems.

You will join a small yet highly experienced team as part of a business with over 150 employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management :
• Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
• Lead the planning and execution phases, coordinating with various stakeholders and team members.
• Purchasing :
• Support technical purchasing, ensuring procurement of high-quality materials and systems.
• Support the management of contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost efficiency.
• Automation Engineering :
• Implement and optimize automation systems within the production environment.
• Collaborate with the automation team to ensure seamless integration of technology.
• Process Engineering :
• Design and improve production processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Involve in the conceptual stage of transport systems for wafers and other components.
• Leadership :
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with senior team members to distribute tasks effectively and achieve project goals.

• Leadership and Negotiation : Strong leadership qualities and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Educational Background : A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
