Location : Home office 2 days per week, with occasional travel as required.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the conceptual and detailed engineering phases of cutting-edge PV projects.
This multifaceted role encompasses project management, technical purchasing, automation engineering, and process engineering, all critical to the successful realization of new production systems.
You will join a small yet highly experienced team as part of a business with over 150 employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
- Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
- Lead the planning and execution phases, coordinating with various stakeholders and team members.
- Purchasing :
- Support technical purchasing, ensuring procurement of high-quality materials and systems.
- Support the management of contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Automation Engineering :
- Implement and optimize automation systems within the production environment.
- Collaborate with the automation team to ensure seamless integration of technology.
- Process Engineering :
- Design and improve production processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Involve in the conceptual stage of transport systems for wafers and other components.
- Leadership :
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work closely with senior team members to distribute tasks effectively and achieve project goals.

- Educational Background : A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
