Business Development Manager DACH - MIL / Aerospace

As the Business Development Manager you will drive and execute the development of Business in the DACH Territory by securing future growth and revenue.

The ideal Business Development Manager is a self-starter, willing to challenge potential road-blocks with a solid understanding of the electronic components industry.

This role will be based in Germany.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and close new business
  • Conduct complex contractual negotiations contracts
  • Planning and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assures client retention with increased revenue
  • Secure New customers
  • Follow new market trends to find opportunities
  • Develop and nurture existing and new client relationships
  • Design-win driven selling

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree
  • 3-5 years field sales experience in sales, marketing with previous Aerospace / Mil Industry experience
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Fluent German & English
