Job Description
- During your assignment you will support the central Portfolio Management and Product Management Team which is part of the Mobility Company Strategy Department.
- You will support us in the project "Product Management Excellence".
- You will assist the implementation of the Product Management Excellence System into the BBM organization (e.g., cooperation model, role definition, career paths, product management processes / methods / tools, competency management, etc.).
- Your job includes project communication.
- Furthermore, you will develop a global Product Manager Network.
- The project is part of the Market Driven Company program and offers high management attention as well as interfaces to divisons.
Qualifications
- Education : studies in the field of Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge : in MS Office, Project Management, Communication and Product Management
- Personality and Working Practice : outgoing, creative, taking initiative and reliable
- Languages : good in English and in German
Additional Information
Start : February / March 2025
Duration : 6 months
