For the expansion of our team in the field of ADC development we are looking for new employees :
Scientist Chemistry (m / f / d)
What you will do :
- Support of the ADC chemistry department in operational and technical tasks
- Development of elaborated click chemistry applications
- Design and synthesis of novel trans -cyclooctenes and tetrazines
- Design and synthesis of new toxic payloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development projects
- Stay current with industry advancements and technology trends in related fields
- Independent planning and realization of syntheses and experiments
- Independent analysis, evaluation and documentation of experiments
What you will bring :
- PhD in the field of organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or related fields
- Strong background in organic synthesis
- Experience with click chemistry is a plus
- Safe handling of toxic substances
- Organizational skills, motivated and team-oriented mindset
- Self-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Solid handling of MS Office
