Client Relationship & Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client a leading company in the intersection of management consulting and technology solutions, specializing in delivering a blend of consulting services and innovative technology solutions, they tackle today’s challenges with audacious thinking and a commitment to creating sustainable impacts, we are looking for a Client Relationship and Business Development Manager based in Munich.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Serve as our German clients' primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction levels and successful project outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Germany.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and potential client needs.
• Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our network and reputation.
• Support the development of new products and service offerings.
• Build collaterals and demo materials in support of go-to-market activities.
• Create reference stories for successful projects and customer engagements.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development, ideally within the IT or financial services sectors.
• Preferably, a technical background in IT security, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and technical teams.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of motivation and organization.
• Experience in working together with Senior Management / C-user level at customers
• Fluency in German and English (C2)
