Client Relationship & Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client a leading company in the intersection of management consulting and technology solutions, specializing in delivering a blend of consulting services and innovative technology solutions, they tackle today’s challenges with audacious thinking and a commitment to creating sustainable impacts, we are looking for a Client Relationship and Business Development Manager based in Munich.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Serve as our German clients' primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction levels and successful project outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Germany.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and potential client needs.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our network and reputation.
- Support the development of new products and service offerings.
- Build collaterals and demo materials in support of go-to-market activities.
- Create reference stories for successful projects and customer engagements.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development, ideally within the IT or financial services sectors.
- Preferably, a technical background in IT security, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and technical teams.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of motivation and organization.
- Experience in working together with Senior Management / C-user level at customers
- Fluency in German and English (C2)
