Today and in the future. Aufgaben To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a CRM & Campaign Manager to purposefully grow and strategically upsell from our customer base.
You will be in charge of developing, running, and optimizing CRM-based marketing campaigns and will connect all internal and external partners in the process.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Planning, developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM-based marketing campaigns to meet our growth goals.
- Using a data-driven approach to manage and refine our diHerent sales funnels.
- Working closely with our marketing and sales teams to understand and learn from our customers, constantly improving the sales journeys.
- Helping build a better understanding of our customers in an international context with diHerent markets.
- Managing automated, multi-touch nurture programs across the customer lifecycle, reducing manual effort.
- Conceptualizing, building, and steering upselling campaigns, handling external resources, reporting, and optimizing along the way.
- Having end-to-end ownership of upselling campaigns, including data segmentation, campaign creation, managing creative agencies, steering sales resources, and evaluating campaign outcomes.
- Testing and analyzing customer segments and mapping out strategies based on performance and marketing objectives.
- Creating compelling content for campaigns, including writing emails and other marketing materials. Qualifikation Proven experience in CRM management, campaign management, and upsell marketing, preferably in the telco industry.
- Consistent record in journey building and user segmentation. You can mix bottom-up approaches, driven by data, and top-down strategic requirements.
- Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver beneficial solutions with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Great project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution and build comprehensive reports.
- Extensive experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Native German speaker and proficient in English (both orally and in writing).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills in presenting to cross-functional teams.
