Senior Corporate Officer : The Function
- Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained and updated on a timely basis in the relevant systems with the necessary support of other members of your team
- Manage the company files daily to ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filed on a timely basis
- You will prepare the relevant corporate documentation : KYC documents / Bank account opening
- Drafting agreements and contracts using approved company templates
- Be the point of contact for external partners : banks, notaries, various administration and ensure the optimum continuity of working relationships for all corporate topics
- You will prepare the clients board meetings and draft the minutes
Senior Corporate Officer : Your Profile
- You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian will be a plus)
- You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
- The tasks of a Senior Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
- You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
