What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Programs and Communications team of the Global Customer References & Advocacy organization, with a focus on Project Manage virtual customer events (e.

g., group calls, webinars)

Additionally, you will support all communication activities :

• Actively engage in the design and content management of internal assets (newsletters, emails, and SharePoint pages)
• Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications
• Develop & design communications campaigns

What you bring

• Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study : Marketing and Communications
• Computer skills : Advanced
• Language skills : fluent in English, German as a plus
• Strong Relationship / Interpersonal skills
• Curious and eager to learn
• Demonstrated Self Starter
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience with virtual event hosting tools
• Experience with SharePoint
• Passionate about customer experience

Meet your team

The Global Customer References & Advocacy organization helps drive revenue, increase brand perception, and improve customer loyalty by creating and nurturing lasting impactful relationships with customers.

The Programs and Communications team drives global programs such as Customer Conversations Events, Earnings Customer Program and manages and coordinates all internal communications and channels.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
