Sales Manager
Salary : €50,000
Location : Dresden.
Responsibilities :
- and execute strategic Sales Plans and initiatives to maximize profitability and achieve budget, revenue, and market share targets for the hotel.
- strategic revenue management plans, including rate development, group thresholds, space utilization policies, and deployment strategies based on competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management.
- both proactive and reactive sales efforts of the property.
- innovative marketing ideas and assist in deployment strategies to grow market share continuously.
- revenue contribution from major distribution channels, particularly GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- in ownership meetings and presentations.
- communications for the property with brand management.
Qualifications :
- in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- of computer accounting programs, mathematical skills, and budgetary analysis capabilities.
- knowledge of sales skills and revenue management.
- communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
