Then step into your next big role with us as our new Head of Advertising (m / f / d)! You will lead, build, and inspire a high-performing team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies (online and offline).
Your key responsibilities will include : Strategy and Planning : Developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with our business objective as well as setting KPIs and budgets Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and in-channel deep dive to identify new opportunities and optimize the channel mix.
Set clear KPIs and budgets for each advertising channel and campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of funds, cost savings and efficiency improvements across channels.
Campaign Management : Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, spanning TV, OOH, search, influencer marketing, paid social, CRM etc.
Leading the development and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including TV, OOH, and billboards, with a focus on European markets.
Marketing Attribution and Tracking : Continuously challenging and optimizing our marketing multi-touch attribution model to drive the best decision for the business.
Leveraging advanced analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to measure campaign performance and customer journey. Customer retention : Challenging our CRM department to new heights and optimize retention as well as the customer experience.
Utilize customer-centric metrics for personalization, evaluation, and optimization of campaign performances Team Leadership : Building and developing a team of 10+ advertising professionals and providing mentorship and coaching to your team.
Your profile Ideally, you are available to start as soon as possible! You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate.
You have 7+ years of Performance Marketing experience , preferably in the e-commerce field (B2C and / or DTC). You are equipped with an excellent command of English German, French or Italian skills are a plus.
You have a proven track record in leading high-performing advertising teams. You have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels , including CRM, paid social, search, display, programmatic, and influencer marketing.
You have hands-on experience with offline marketing channels, particularly TV, OOH, and billboards, in European markets.
You have proficiency in using analytics tools such as GA4 and have some experience with multi-touch attribution. You have experience in the end-to-end ideation, implementation, analysis, and promotion of growth strategies.
