We produce high-performance campaigns and scroll-stopping creatives to drive more customers and users for our clients' courses, programs and educational products.

We've worked with over 75 education brands in 26 countries and our goal is to become THE agency that the education niche comes to when they want to scale with Paid Ads.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (full-time) to join our growing team.

What you'll be working on :

Together with our Head of Performance Marketing, you'll be responsible for the planning and conception of our clients' Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google & YouTube ads and for taking their campaign performance to the next level.

You'll fully understand client goals, their offer and target audience, add your strategic flair, and ensure that we are hitting the KPIs we set.

You will analyse and optimise ads to get more performance out of your campaigns to continually lower CPL & CPA, increase ROAS and ensure the quality of leads coming in.

You'll collaborate with our Creative Team to analyse performance data, refining creative briefs to ensure that we identify and scale winning creatives.

You'll always stay "on top of your game" when it comes to new best practices, media buying strategies, algorithm updates and can continue to grow through courses and further education.

What we're looking for :

At least 3-4 years experience managing and scaling Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn Ads.

Solid understanding of measuring campaign performance and setting up tracking.

Good understanding of creative strategy & how it affects campaign performance.

Strong knowledge of sales & marketing funnels.

Enthusiastic, kind, sociable, articulate & confident.

Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of launching campaigns.

You're not married to your ideas and open to criticism and to grow & learn together.

You're an excellent communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours.

Must be native-level in English, both written and spoken.

You MUST be based in the Central European Time zone +-1 hour
