Aufgabengebiet
- Manage calendars, arrange travel, and provide broad administrative support
- Prepare strategic agendas for key dates, including client and investor meetings
- Coordinate management, board, and all-hands / OKR meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled
- Collaborate with teams on onboarding, PR, legal matters, and quarterly OKR kickoffs
- Schedule multi-participant meetings under tight deadlines
- Organize the CEO's event participation and travel arrangements
- Prepare for on-site meetings and coordinate office tours
- Handle invoice grooming and retrieval from various vendors
