Customer Success Manager - ESG
Location : 100% remote German-based role
Salary : Up to €65,000 salary plus bonus
Business : ESG SaaS
Language : English and German are essential
Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to make a significant impact in the ESG space? Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing ESG SaaS firm headquartered in Germany, is searching for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their commercial team.
The business secured their Series A funding earlier this year and you will have the opportunity to join as one of the first customer success managers.
Working directly with the VP of Sales and Co-founders, you will; support existing and onboard new customers, identify any customer risk and ultimately ensuring continuous client satisfaction.
As a growing business, you will have a huge opportunity to help shape the direction of the team and acceralate your own professional growth within the business.
To be successful in this role we need :
- Fluent in both German and English
- Proven experience in a customer success role
- Ideally experienced with ESG and / or sustainability
- Essential to have at least 3 years SaaS experience
- Client-facing expertise - you will engage with various stakeholders both internally and externally
