VP of Engineering – SiC
VP of Research and Development SiC
I am recruiting on behalf of one of my clients who are looking to hire a VP of Research and Development , based in Munich who will be responsible for developing and leading a newly founded European R&D team focused on Silicon Carbide.
This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the following :
- Build and lead a team of world-class SiC Experts
- Look after the daily R&D Functions
- Look after cost management for the R&D Centre
- Be responsible for product road mapping of different technologies
To be considered for this VP of Research and Development vacancy, you should possess a degree (preferably a PhD) in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering or Integrated Circuits and have expertise in the following :
- Compound semiconductors such as SiC
- Leading an organisation and building world-class teams
- Day-to-day management of different teams and tasks
- Presenting to the industry at events
