your mission
- you are the heart of our branch and the first point of contact for our customers and support the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks
- you will be responsible for scheduling and route planning, ordering office supplies, maintaining master data and managing the branch's inventory with enthusiasm
- you handle our rental business independently, hand over the machines and provide safety instructions directly to the customer
- you love customer contact and are not afraid of telephone canvassing and advising customers on applications and products
- you clarify technical questions with the headquarters and prepare quotations
your talent
- completed commercial or technical training
- several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment
- technically skilful, interested in technology and good IT user skills
- strong communication skills and an absolute talent for organisation
- fluency in german required
