What you'll do
- As a Project Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the execution of complex international plant construction projects, overseeing them from initial planning to handover to the respective Knauf entities
- You'll manage all project coordination, lead all stakeholders and ensure seamless internal and external communication
- Independent negotiations with Knauf companies and suppliers will be part of your role to secure favorable terms and successful partnerships
- You will ensure strict adherence to time schedules, budget constraints and technical requirements to bring projects to a successful conclusion
- Support and participation in cross-functional activities will foster collaboration and alignment across departments
Who you are
- You possess a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, which provides a strong foundation for this role
- With extensive project management experience in the plant engineering sector, you have a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects
- Goal-oriented and systematic in your approach, you excel in negotiations and demonstrate assertiveness in various situations
- Due to the international nature of our assignments, English language skills are essential and additional language skills may be beneficial
- Willing to travel frequently, you are adaptable and eager to participate in global project efforts
