To support the fast growth of Process Team, we are currently looking for a

Continuous Improvement Engineer

Your mission :

The Continuous Improvement Process team is responsible for defining and improving the industrialization processes within the department, with a particular focus on :

• Setting up workstations and the necessary equipment for the industrialization conditions of new products.
• Proposing improvements, ergonomics, and necessary automation for workstations.
• Monitoring and regularly evaluating production means to ensure productivity and quality levels.
• Contributing to process improvement by participating in working groups and suggesting improvement actions.
• Creating or contributing to the creation of work and control instructions required for product manufacturing.
• Implementing and following operational procedures.
• Training all staff on new processes, work instructions, and operational procedures.
• Assisting team leaders and production managers in solving production problems (quality issues, machine breakdowns, etc.).

• Comply with health and safety regulations, particularly the use of personal protective equipment
