Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Assist in the management of clinical outsourcing projects to guarantee their completion on time and within budget constraints
- Direct interdisciplinary teams during the selection of vendors and oversee stakeholder relations
- Compile Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and assess proposals to compare costs
- Conduct negotiations on contracts, oversee adjustments to the scope of services, and track vendor performance
- Maintain adherence to industry norms across all sourcing operations
- Skilled in using Procurement ERP systems, with proficiency in SAP considered an advantage
- Profound understanding of procurement processes and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Dein Hintergrund
- Successful completed academic studies in science or economics
- Excessive experience in procurement, business process outsourcing or clinical management
- Experience within the Life Science industry
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development processes or clinical researching
- Strong business mindset and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Advantageous : Fluent in German
