Your Mission
- Advancing our organization : Facilitating the expansion of ChargeGuru and fostering organizational maturity by optimizing processes, enhancing quality standards, and championing effective team leadership.
- Managing and growing your team to achieve 5-star customer service excellence.
- Foster the growth of the #1 installer network, innovate services for installers and secure dedicated commitment from electricians to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
- Upholding an engaging and enjoyable work environment during our rapid growth phase.
- Leading and aligning the operations team with company objectives supported by KPI structures.
- Setting and tracking individual and collective performance goals.
- Strategically managing relationships with suppliers and installation partners to streamline costs through contract negotiations.
- Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses efficiently.
- Crafting annual roadmaps to maximize team efficiency.
- Implementing tailored training, evaluation, and development plans as needed.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to ensure successful execution.
Your profile
- BA degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in operations and project management and 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
- Ideally understanding of electricity and the local energy market.
- Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency successfully, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing deployment plans that are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
