IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst (m / f / d) at the Lindau / Lake Constance site, also as a career starter after successfully completing an IT degree.
Main tasks :
- Contact person for service and support of the ERP system QAD
- Process internal customer requirements and technical problems, also involving external service providers
- Develop solutions to meet functional design requirements, convert them into technical specifications, test programs, creating and update work aids until they are transferred to the production system
- Ensure the technical feasibility of customization in the ERP system
- Manage help desk requests regarding individual processes, major maintenance, system changes and mass data updates
- Participate at Kaizen workshops to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system and initiate adjustments
Ideal profile :
- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification in the support of ERP systems
- Professional experience in software development, support of ERP systems and in the life cycle of software development
- Knowledge of (Progress) SQL or a comparable database language
- Strong analytical skills, mathematical understanding, solution and service orientation
- Very good communication skills in both German and English
- Committed, flexible and willing to travel if required
