Profil et compétences requises
Qualifications : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or Post Master’s Degree.
Experience :
1. Approximately 5-8 years of experience in the field of technical real estate management.
2. A solid foundation is also required in commercial real estate & construction law; building design; construction methodology, programming & costs;
and engineering techniques & systems.
3. Demonstrable track record of leading and motivating third party consultants and contractors to achieve identified project goals and objectives.
SPECIFIC SKILLS (IT, foreign languages, others) :
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Financial control, modelling, analysis and accounting mechanisms.
- IT knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
- Languages : German & English, further languages a plus
- Strong time management & the ability to travel & work within Germany
- High intercultural competencies
