Ihr Aufgabengebiet :
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien für die Länder der Region DACH
- Erstellen der Marketingpläne mit unterstützendem Zugriff auf die Mediaplanung
- Portfoliomanagement und Konzeption künftiger Produktideen
- Weiterentwicklung der Markenpositionierung
- Kontinuierliche Markt-, Wettbewerbs-, Kundenanalyse
- Management von Einzelprojekten und Marketingaktionen
- Verantwortung und Leitung eines Marketing-Teams DACH
- Proaktive, sehr enge und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und externen Partnern
- Budgetführung und Reporting
Ihr Profil :
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Marketingleiter oder -manager (m / w / d) sowie ggf. in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise bei einem Hersteller von Markenartikeln im Bereich FMCG Food
- Hohes Vertriebsverständnis ggf. mit früherer Vertriebserfahrung
- Strategischer Weitblick sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Kreativität, innovatives Denken und Ideenreichtum
- Lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten mit Präsentations- und Führungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
