In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of queries related to airline services, providing exceptional support via phone, social media, chat, and email.
Purpose of the Role :
As a German Speaking Airline Support Agent , you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing helpful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with queries related to airline services via multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers’ inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share knowledge.
Requirements :
- Native level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
- Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service is required.
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
