Our European headquarter is located in Hoofddorp The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Munich, Rüsselsheim, Paris and Redditch (UK) and a software development office in Gdansk.
Your profile

- English ang German languages fluency
- MS Excel and Word proficiency
- Similar experience in an administration role at least 2 years
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming & assisting visitors
- Answering and forwarding of telephone calls in German & English
- Management of office equipment, electronic components, work equipment, beverages and fruit
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Shipping of packages and parcels, including to third countries with customs declaration
- Relocation of expats from Japan (HQ) : Residence enquiries, residence permit, family reunion, recognition of the driver’s license and assistance with hearings and applications
- Creation and administration of access cards
- Administration of the electronic key card
- Fleet management : ordering new cars, returns, changing tyres, damage repairs
- Travel management : online travel portal administrator, review of travel costs
- Support for the HR team, generating references, work confirmations etc.
- Support for the finance department and approval of invoices
- Travel expenses
- Event management : organization of Christmas party, summer party, Oktoberfest etc.
