About the Role :
As a Handover to Operations (HOTO) Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the end to end deliverables for RAN cell sites, City Pop (CP) & Distri Pop (DP) sites, and CDCs within our cloud native telecom infrastructure.
You will work closely with network engineers, operations teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Daily tracking and reporting of overall status of HOTO punch points and overall status for RAN cell sites, City Pop (CP) & Distri Pop (DP) sites, and CDCs.
Tracking, managing and driving key blockers to resolution and maintaining issue register
Perform first level engagement with the internal & external stakeholders
Daily follow up and closure of HOTO blockers for RAN cell site, CP DP sites and CDCs
Uploading documents and ensuring sanity of documents in Symworld
Supporting in automation of daily simple tasks and dashboards
Initial preparation of acceptance certificate towards customer
Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors to diagnose and resolve the technical issues including hardware, software, and network configurations.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures, artefacts and knowledge base articles for future reference
Ensuring the readiness for each milestone
Preparation relevant document to be presented in executive CAB for planned CRs.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness
Supporting in admin issues (for example providing cluster access etc. to SI partner resources)
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom network, data centre support or a similar role.
Strong understanding of telecom network architectures, protocols, and technologies (e.g., IP, MPLS, Ethernet).
Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, partners to ensure alignment to technical and business requirements.
Knowledge of network management tools and systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation (MS excel, power point) skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies.
English and German Language skills
