Your role :

You will be working in the Analytics & AI Products Team of the Corporate Data & AI Organization.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support the digital product myGPT Suite . In this role, you will assist in managing Feature Forum requests, preparing for stakeholder meetings, conducting user surveys, and documenting product features.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and digital solutions within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing and tracking Feature Forum requests from various stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Conduct user surveys to gather feedback on product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the product team to write clear and concise feature descriptions.
• Document product features, functionalities, and user guides to ensure comprehensive knowledge management. Support the product team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Experience with digital products, user experience principles or Large Language Models (LLM) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
