Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business.
Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation : In Divisional Controlling and as an expert (m / f / div.) for controlling concepts, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- Your tasks will include the independent consolidation, planning and management of the free cash flow KPI including certain input variables (depreciation and amortization, investments) as part of the monthly and annual financial statements, the quarterly forecasts and the business plan.
- You will prepare meaningful analyses of the relevant free cash flow-related KPIs and support the presentation at management level.
- You will be the point of contact for management and senior management on complex technical issues relating to free cash flow.
- You will also be responsible for preparing the foreign currency / foreign exchange balance sheet for the entire division and analyzing and presenting foreign currency effects.
- In addition, you will develop controlling concepts independently and in cooperation with other departments with regard to the realignment of the business division and its KPI-based management.
Qualifications
- Education : completed university studies in business administration or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge : several years of professional experience in controlling as well as initial project experience, experience in an international manufacturing company an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice : confident appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment, assertiveness and persuasiveness.
Networked, structured thinking and high analytical skills as well as an understanding of complex structures. In addition, an understanding of business intelligence systems / databases and good handling of large amounts of data
Languages : very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
