With our base in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful and scalable campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and other significant social networks for clients in the video gaming industry.

As Influencer Relations Manager, you’ll play a vital role on the supply side of our marketing campaigns, working with some of the biggest influencers, celebrities, and 9 and 10-figure brands.

This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic, ambitious and independent person in the international market who wants to learn and grow quickly.

What we expect from you in this role

• Connecting with leading influencers and their managers in order to recruit them for our targeted campaigns and promotions
• Out-of-the-box thinking for campaigns and deal negotiations - always bringing fresh ideas to the table to take a campaign to the next level
• Scouting new talents, creating a portfolio of influencers, and building long-term relationships
• Being up to date with influencer and game industry trends
• Setting up the measurable success factors, requirements, budget, and hard KPIs in order to regularly analyse and report on your results
• Helping with developing existing markets as well as researching new geographical markets

Qualifications we are looking for

• Deep knowledge of the Gaming space
• 1 year of working experience in Agency, Marketing or Gaming
• International experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Spanish or Italian or German speaking as a plus
• Understanding of social networks including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and other
• Comfortable in working with multiple platforms (email, phone, messenger apps, etc.)
• Confidence in day-to-day negotiations
• When necessary, must be happy to adjust your workday ad hoc to match the time zones of our clients and influencers
