Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting :
Intern Project Management
Based in our Hamm Office
4 to 12 months
Your role :
- Assist Chief project officer by mean of broad tasks in relation to project management within the Project Office;
- Perform clerical duties, maintain contact with internal clients and involved parties through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data related to software engineering and development, solution architecture and cloud services;
- Help set up a project management software and related artefacts;
- Contribute with assistance of PM to develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project;
- Contribute to testing phases by developing test cases and executing them;
- Gather and document all project results and then report or present them to the appropriate parties.
Your profile :
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences, business administration or related field.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- You are organised and proactive.
- You are recognised as a team player and able to work autonomously.
- You have a perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.
