Responsibilities :
Sustainability Reporting & Strategy Development : Manage sustainability reporting processes and prepare for the group wide mandatory reporting according to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Support the continuous development and implementation of the sustainability strategy.
- Sustainability KPIs : Develop, implement, process, and track necessary sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Legislative Expertise : Build know-how in specific product categories and gain expertise in corresponding legislation.
Stay updated on regulatory developments and funding opportunities to derive actionable recommendations.
- Market & Stakeholder Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market, competition, and stakeholder analyses in the field of sustainability to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Support internal and external sustainability communication initiatives. Develop and drive new communication measures relevant to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor s or Master’s degree or comparable qualification with a focus on economics and / or technical fields (e.
g., environmental, resource, or sustainability management, or studies in economics).
- Work Experience : First experience in corporate sustainability.
- Advanced Sustainability Education : Advanced education in sustainability, preferably in environmental fields and sustainability reporting.
- Legislative Know-How : Strong knowledge of sustainability-related legislation.
- Influencing Skills : Ability to effectively influence the organization at all levels, combining compliance and business thinking.
- Analytical & Communication Skills : Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of conveying complex sustainability concepts clearly and persuasively.
